U-13's triumph in 'A championship final

St. Josephs Miltown u-13 side claimed victory in the u-13 West Clare championship final on last Saturday after an extra time victory over Cooraclare. Miltown stormed into a 4-3 to 0-4 half time lead but a strong Cooraclare performance in the second half pushed the game into extra time. Miltown regained control in extra time to take the title on a 7-10 to 4-9 scoreline. The team lined out as follows: Paul Tubridy, Shane Crowe, Sean Hanrahan, Padraig Murray, Colin Hehir, Shane McMahon, Sean Malone, Cormac Murray, Chris Mongan, Martin Mongan, Niall Hehir.
