Healy takes up Miltown post.

Clarecaslte native, James Healy, is to be Miltown Senior manager for the 2009 season. Healy comes with a good track record to the club following his successful stint as Lissycasey trainer in 2007 and 2006. During his tenure they captured the Cusack Cup and Senior Championship.

Healy's tough disciplined style should reap dividends for Miltown as they have underperformed over recent years in the championship. Last seasons Cusack Cup semi final loss was the highlight of 2008.

The capture of Healy is a serious coup for the new committee this early into the season and if their ambition in securing the Clarecaslte man is matched by the players, 2009 could be a red letter year for St. Joseph's
