U-21'S pipped in championship tie

St. Josephs Miltown's club teams continued their unfortunate run of narrow defeats in 2012 when the u-21 side were pipped by Lissycasey in the u-21 'A' championship on last weekend. Miltown were missing the services of county u-21 Michéal Malone through injury but could still have won against a Lissycasey side that won the minor 'A' three years ago. Two goals from Lissycasey full forward Danny Normoyle either side of half time proved the crucial scores.
